Toiletries – Shampoo, conditioner & soap are provided as well as toilet paper & paper towels. However, we highly recommend you bring more paper goods for your group.
Wifi -- Although our home is equipped with wireless internet, we do not guarantee its service due to intermittent mountain interference and power surges. It is highly recommended that guests provide their own “hotspot”.
Cancellation Policy: We have one! Here is the fine print you will see on your lease agreement: Guests may be entitled to a full refund, less 2.5% of the total contract (which are applicable to admin fees), as stated by our refund policy publicly posted at www.skicoppercolorado.com. There shall be no refund of amounts paid if written notice of cancellation is received by the Lodge less than 6 months prior to the Arrival Date. Refunds are not given for inclement weather, road or airport closings, late arrivals/early departures, as well as but not limited to acts of nature, landslides, acts of God, avalanches, earthquakes, etc. In the event there is a government mandated shutdown of Summit County, CO short term rentals, the Lodge will work with guests to reschedule travel dates. If guests choose not to reschedule, guests will receive a refund less the damage deposit. Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through “Travel Guard International” (www.travelguard.com).
